How it works — five stages, no surprises
We designed our process around the one thing students in this market never get: predictability. You'll know the price before you commit, the target before work starts, and exactly where things stand at every point in between. Here's the whole journey, laid out plainly.
Tell us about your course
Start by telling us what you're facing — the subject, the platform it runs on, what's due, and by when. If you have a syllabus, upload it; it lets us see the entire term in one view and spot the graded items that matter most. There's no account to create and nothing to pay at this stage. A real person reads every request, so you're not feeding a form into a void.
Get a fixed quote and, where eligible, a written grade band
Within about two hours you receive one all-in price — the full cost of the work, with nothing held back to surface later. For eligible courses we also state a target grade band in writing before anything begins, backed by our grade commitment. If any part of your course sits outside what we can responsibly deliver — a live-proctored final, say — we tell you now, not after you've paid.
Meet the expert matched to your subject
We assign a vetted specialist in your field who becomes your single point of continuity. Every expert has passed a subject test, a writing check and a trial period before working on real coursework. On most first engagements, the opening task is completed before any upfront payment is due — so you judge our quality on evidence, not promises.
Approve milestones as the work is delivered
Rather than disappearing until the end, we break larger engagements into milestones you review and approve as we go. You're never paying far ahead of work you've actually seen, and you can reach your expert or our team at any point. Submissions go in on a natural, human rhythm — modules as they unlock, discussions across the week — never dumped all at once.
Watch your grade hold through the term
As marks post, we track the gradebook against the target we set. At the end of the engagement, final assessments are handled within their windows, your login credentials are deleted, and everything closes cleanly. If something ever falls short of the written commitment on an eligible course, our refund policy is there — but the aim is that you never need it.
The protections that run underneath every stage
Process is only reassuring if it's backed by real safeguards. Four run quietly through everything we do.
Privacy by default
Communication runs through private per-client channels. Your details are never resold or published, and login credentials are deleted the moment your engagement ends.
Written commitments
The price is fixed before work starts and the target grade band, where eligible, is stated in writing. No moving goalposts, no surprise fees.
Human pacing
Work is submitted the way a diligent student would submit it — on schedule, in sequence — so the pattern of activity is natural rather than a red flag.
Honest limits
We turn down work we can't do properly. If a request is beyond what we can responsibly deliver, you'll hear a clear no rather than a hopeful maybe.
What we need from you — and what we don't
The engagement works best when a few things are clear at the start. None of it is onerous, and we'll walk you through anything you're unsure about.

Answered before you ask
How quickly will I hear back?
Typically within about two hours during working hours, often faster for time-critical exams. We'd rather give you a considered, accurate quote than an instant automated one.
Do I pay everything before you start?
On most first engagements, no — we complete an opening task before upfront payment is due, and larger engagements are milestone-based.
Can I stay involved and learn the material?
Absolutely. Many clients ask their expert for a walkthrough of the reasoning so they can discuss it or apply it later. You choose how hands-on to be.
What if my needs change mid-term?
Tell us and we'll re-scope. Because pricing is transparent and milestone-based, adjusting the engagement is straightforward and you'll always see any change reflected before it applies.
How communication works while your engagement runs
One of the quiet anxieties of using any service like this is the fear of silence — paying, then hearing nothing until you nervously log in to check your own gradebook. We designed against that. From the moment your expert is assigned, you have a direct, private channel to reach them and our team, and you decide how much contact you want. Some clients like a short note each time a milestone is submitted; others prefer to be left alone until something needs their input. Both are fine.
What we won't do is go dark. If a question comes up about an assignment's intent, an ambiguous rubric, or a discussion prompt that could be read two ways, we ask rather than guess. If a deadline is approaching that needs a decision only you can make — whether to attempt a borderline-eligible exam, for instance — you'll hear from us in good time, not after the window has closed. The whole point of a fixed process is that surprises are engineered out of it, and communication is the mechanism that keeps it that way.
What happens if something isn't right
Even with careful matching and review, academic work sometimes needs a second pass — a grader wanted a different emphasis, an instructor's expectations weren't captured in the written brief, or a rubric was updated mid-term. When that happens, revisions to meet the stated grading criteria are part of the engagement, not an upsell. Tell us what the feedback was and we work it back to standard.
On eligible courses where we committed a grade band in writing and the work genuinely fell short of it, our refund policy is the backstop. We treat needing it as a failure on our part, which is precisely why we only ever commit to bands we're confident our experts can reach. A promise you have to enforce with a refund is a promise that shouldn't have been made — so we're conservative about what we guarantee and generous about what we deliver.
After your course ends
When the final grade posts and the engagement closes, a few things happen by default. Any login credentials you shared are deleted rather than retained. Your details stay private and are never added to a marketing list or a public testimonial without your explicit written consent. And if you'd like, we keep a lightweight record of your subject and preferences so that if you come back next term — many students do — we can match you to the same expert and skip the introductions. That record exists only because it's useful to you, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
