Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026.
Before you rely on this
This policy has been drafted to reflect how we actually operate. It is not legal advice, and it has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. If you have questions about how it applies to you, contact us at [email protected] before placing an order.
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of myonlineclasshelp.com and any services you order from us. "We" and "us" mean MyOnlineClassHelp, 3815 River Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240, United States. "You" means the person placing the order.
2. What we provide
We provide academic support services: completing coursework, assignments, discussion posts, quizzes and eligible assessments on behalf of the client, and related tutoring and review. Work is carried out by our in-house specialists. We do not subcontract to freelancers or third-party marketplaces.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for knowing your institution's academic-integrity policy and for deciding whether to use a service like ours. That decision, and any consequence flowing from it, rests with you. See our academic integrity page.
- You must give us accurate course information. Quotes and grade commitments are based on what you tell us; if material details are missing or wrong, the commitment may not stand.
- You must not ask us to do anything unlawful.
4. Quotes, pricing and payment
Every engagement is quoted as one fixed, all-in figure before work begins. We do not add fees later. Full-class management starts from $37 per week depending on term length; single tasks are quoted individually.
On most first engagements the opening task is completed before any upfront payment is due. Larger engagements are billed against milestones. Payment is due as set out in your quote.
5. Grade commitment
Where we state a target grade band in writing before work begins, that commitment is part of your contract with us and is backed by the remedy set out in our refund policy. We only give a commitment where we believe it is achievable, and we will tell you plainly when a course falls outside what we can promise. Full terms are on the grade commitment page.
6. Revisions
If delivered work does not match the brief, the rubric or the instructions you gave us, we will revise it at no charge. Revision requests should be raised promptly and within any window stated in your quote.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time. Work already completed at the point of cancellation is chargeable; work not yet started is not. Where you have paid ahead for work we have not done, we refund it.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your identity, your institution and your coursework as confidential. We do not disclose that you are a client, and we do not attach your name to any public review. Our handling of your data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
On full payment, the work we deliver to you is yours. Site content — text, design, and materials published here — remains ours and may not be copied or republished without permission.
10. Limits on our liability
We are liable for delivering the service we agreed to deliver, and our grade commitment and refund policy set out the remedy where we fall short. Beyond those remedies, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement in question. We are not liable for institutional disciplinary outcomes, which are addressed in section 3.
11. Third-party names
University, platform and courseware names appearing on this site are referenced only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published when you placed your order. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state unless we agree otherwise in writing.
