Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote or place an order we collect the details you give us: your name or preferred nickname, an email address, a phone number if you choose to share one, your course information, and any files or instructions you upload. If you become a client we also collect the login credentials needed to access your course, and payment information is handled by our payment processor rather than stored by us.

We automatically collect limited technical data — browser type, device type, approximate region and pages viewed — through analytics. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any of it.

2. Course login credentials

This is the most sensitive information you will give us, and it is handled accordingly.

• Credentials are used solely to access and complete the course work you have engaged us for.
• They are stored encrypted while your engagement is active.
• Access is limited to your assigned specialist and one account manager. No one else in the company can retrieve them, and they are never shared outside our in-house team.
• They are permanently deleted once your engagement ends. You can ask us to delete them sooner, and you should change your password after any engagement concludes.

3. How we use your information

We use it to provide the service, communicate with you about your course, process payment, respond to support requests, and improve the site. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. When we share information

We share data only where it is necessary to run the service: with our payment processor to take payment, with our analytics provider in aggregated form, and where we are legally required to do so. We do not share your identity, your school, or your course details with any third party for marketing.

Your name is never attached to a public review. Reviews on this site are published anonymously with identifying details removed.

5. How long we keep things

Course credentials are deleted at the end of your engagement. Order records and correspondence are retained for up to twenty-four months for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our provider's standard retention period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA, and residents of the EU or UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use functional cookies required for the site to work and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. Where consent is legally required, we ask for it before setting non-essential cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still function.

8. Security

We use encrypted transmission, access controls that limit credential access to the two people who need it, and internal policies covering handling and deletion. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users promptly if a breach occurs that puts their data at risk.

9. Children

Our service is intended for adult students in higher education. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we handle your data, notify active clients by email.
